Smidyo provides an option to group registered accounts in order to use different pricing as well as the ability to restrict offerings to certain users of your choice. To begin, access the Account groups page found on your dashboard.
From here, simply input the necessary information and then use the dropdown menu to choose which of your existing accounts you would like to add to the group. Additionally, you are able to edit existing groups by selecting the pen icon or alternatively have the option to delete once one has been created.
Now that you have your account group set up, Smidyo also provides the ability to restrict certain users from seeing and using certain offerings. To begin this process, enable edit mode and select Offering > [The offering you want to edit]
This will bring up an page similar to the one presented above. To choose which accounts will have access to this specific offering, select Set Access at the top right of the screen.
Once you have completed the previous step you will be given three options to share access to your offering. Internal means that only administrators and employees can see it, All Accounts will give access to all signed-in accounts, and Account Group will allow you to select which of your specific created groups will have access. To confirm your choice simply press OK at the bottom of the menu.
